There is a particular pleasure in a dancefloor with the sea at its edge. At The Garden Resort, the landscape is part of the listening: light on the bay, trees around the stages and room to step away from the crowd. This is the setting. The festival you choose writes the soundtrack.

The resort, in context

The Garden Resort is a coastal music venue in Tisno, with accommodation on site. It hosts separately organised festivals across the season; it is not one continuous event. The same shore can feel different from one week to the next, so choose the programme before choosing your travel dates.

From the beach to the Olive Grove

The Beach Stage, Main Stage and Olive Grove are part of the resort’s identity. Individual festivals can use other areas and different stage names. A first afternoon is well spent getting your bearings: find water, shade and the route back to your accommodation before settling into the music.

Keep a little of the day unplanned. A quiet pause beside the water can be as memorable as the set you travelled for. Beach access during events follows the organiser’s rules.

Stay inside the experience—or close to town

The resort lists apartments, mobile homes, glamping and basic camping. Availability and booking conditions depend on the festival period. Staying on site puts the music close; a town apartment gives you a different routine, with cafés and waterfront walks between visits.

Ask about the actual room or pitch, air conditioning, shared facilities and expected noise. Compare the full walking route, not just a map pin. Check whether your booking includes event entry; accommodation and festival passes are not interchangeable.

Boat parties and Barbarella’s

The Argonaut is part of The Garden’s boat-party story. Sailings, departure points and ticket arrangements belong to the individual event. Book the experience that fits your week rather than assuming it comes with a general pass.

Barbarella’s Discotheque is a separate open-air venue in Pirovac. Plan the journey there and back around your festival’s transport information. Love International, for example, sells boat-party and Barbarella’s tickets separately from its main festival pass.

Give Tisno a morning of its own

Cross the bridge before the day becomes a timetable. Have coffee by the channel, take the lanes behind the waterfront and leave time for a meal away from the venue. The town is a lived-in place, with a rhythm that continues between festival weeks. Keep late returns quiet around homes.
